Return Policy for Boise Brand Apparel

Thank you for choosing Boise Brand Apparel. We appreciate your business and want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to assist you.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also have all original tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
