Frequently Asked questions

  • All tops including short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, hoodies, and jackets are all unisex sizing unless otherwise specified. Each product will have description of fitment on the product page.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the designated courier.

  • We offer standard shipping within the US and try to get orders shipped out within 24-48 hours with estimated delivery times of 2-5 days once your items have shipped. For more details, reach out to us at support@boise-brand.com

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Please see our Return Policy page for detailed instructions and eligibility criteria.

  • We aim to process orders promptly and efficiently; therefore, we do not offer modifications to orders.
